PARK FALLS, Wis. -- Wildlife officials said wolves have attacked hunting dogs in northern Wisconsin. The Department of Natural Resources said that over the last two weeks wolves have killed four dogs and injured another as bear hunters trained them in Bayfield, Burnett, Clark and Oneida counties.

ROCHESTER — A Northern Indiana city is allowing goose hunting on a golf course where a large flock has been causing damage. Round Barn Golf Club in Rochester asked the City Council to approve hunting on the course, where golf pro Lyle Lingenfelter says up to 1,000 Canada geese spend the winter.
