Since hunting season just opened around here, I thought I’d tackle this subject. There is a thriving outdoor community in our area. Bass Pro Shops wouldn’t have built down here were it otherwise. As hunting season begins this fall, selectmen will be appointing a committee to look at the town’s land, determine hunting boundaries, post proper hunting grounds and educate residents.
