BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (AP) - A Bakersfield man who was shot with a stun gun by deputies and bit by a sheriff's dog during his arrest has died. Rory Romal McKenzie was pronounced dead at Kern Medical Center on Thursday, hours after he was taken into custody for allegedly assaulting his wife.
